Touch for Health employs points on the head called the Neurovascular Points as a correction method. Two finger, light touch is used for 30-60 seconds on these points for balancing. Instead of light touch, Low Energy Neurofeedback (LENS) can be employed for the correction. I have found this to be the most powerful correction tool yet. To try this you will need a copy of “Touch for Health – The Complete Edition” by John and Matthew Thie.
- First complete an assessment using any of the methods described. (I have been doing Goal Balancing so you would first establish a goal).
- Then locate the correct Neurovascular point(s) in the correction tools for the assessed meridian. I use 2 channel LENS for the bilateral points. I usually do a minute or two of feedback.
- Then recheck the imbalances in the assessment.
- Using Pulse Checking, I have then chased the imbalance through as many points as needed to clear it.
Using this method I seem to be getting a lot of change and very durable corrections. It is enriching to converse in the context of the metaphors while doing neurofeedback.
